• Demonstrate technique at APS Sector 25 with time-resolved X-ray measurements.
• Incorporate optical transient-absorption measurements to complement X-ray studies.
• Analyze results with an interdisciplinary project team.
• Publish findings through peer-reviewed journals, presentations, and reports.
