Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an ULD Repair Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain unit load devices used for cargo at the airport. You will perform routine maintenance, weld and fabricate parts, and document repairs to ensure compliance with aviation standards.

The role requires ability to lift, operate power tools, and work with cargo handlers to ensure serviceable ULDs are available for loading, with emphasis on safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• Experience in ULD repair or aircraft maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Proficient in using hand tools, welding & fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ULDs for damage and wear and determine repair needs.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep ULDs in optimal condition.
• Repair damaged ULDs using welding, riveting and replacement of parts.
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed to reinforce structures.
• Maintain inventory of parts and document repairs.
• Coordinate with cargo handlers to prioritize serviceable ULDs.
