Responsibilities

• Review a research brief and outline the target cohorts and objectives.
• Develop a complete physician-facing Ulcerative Colitis survey from the brief.
• Translate objectives into clinically accurate, unbiased survey questions and appropriate scales.
• Incorporate cohort definitions and screening criteria into the survey flow.
• Design questions covering patient segmentation, disease severity, therapy pathways, and unmet needs.
• Structure response options, scales, skip logic, and other survey elements as required.
• Follow guidelines to match the required format and style.
• Review the completed survey for clinical accuracy and clarity before submission.
