Responsibilities

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare Display Transcription against the original transcript and project guidelines.
• Verify punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, and currencies.
• Ensure original meaning is preserved and correct formatting or guideline-related errors.
• Use reference audio to resolve ambiguous cases.
• Provide feedback and flag recurring issues as required.
• Complete QC tasks within project deadlines and productivity targets.
