Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a Grants Coordinator for the Polsky Foundation in Chicago to support Ukraine-focused philanthropy through grants administration and external partnerships. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Chicago office.

You will work closely with the Foundation’s Ukraine-based team to design programs, manage budgets, and engage US foundations while building strong donor relations and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in philanthropy, international affairs or related field desired.
• Ability to speak, read and write in Ukrainian.
• Fundraising experience and ability to build partnerships with foundations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program implementation with Ukraine-based team, manage budgets and track expenditures.
• Design grant programs based on the founders' desired impact.
• Research US foundations and potential partners for grants.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and donors.
• Create an annual communications plan with measurable deliverables.
• Help develop the Foundation brand, website and marketing materials.
• Manage a CRM database and reporting templates.
• Represent the Foundation as liaison and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate events, meetings and symposiums.
