Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking an experienced UKG Ready HR SR Consultant. This role focuses on implementing HR modules in the UKG Ready solution and requires strong functional expertise in HCM systems. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of U.S. HR compliance and excellent communication skills for client interactions. This is a remote position for a duration of 6+ months.

Qualifications

  • Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready.
  • Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance.
  • Experience in training delivery and user support.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the UKG Ready solution focusing on HR modules.
  • Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements.
  • Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on system usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Skills

Strong functional experience with HCM systems

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on HR modules such as:
  • HR Core
  • Benefits
  • Performance & Compensation
  • Learning
  • People Analytics
  • ACA Management
  • Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on HR implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Strong experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup.
  • Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.
  • Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go-live).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Experience in training delivery and user support.
