UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping and Integration Specialist (Remote)

Pride Health is hiring a UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping and Integration Specialist for one of its clients in Pennsylvania.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to Perm role with competitive pay and benefits.

This Position is fully remote and has the possibility of becoming perm. Top Skillsets Sought: Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM timekeeping configuration, migration, and integrations.

Location – Remote

Length of assignment – 6 months (Possibility of conversion to Perm role)

Pay range - $80 - $100 per hour.(Based on relevant experience and skill sets)

Shift – Monday to Friday 8*5.

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile UKG Pro WFM specialist with deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM and Kronos WFC Timekeeping modules, including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, along with functional integration support and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer (CRT functional builds). The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist across various workstreams in our ongoing Workforce Management (WFM) implementation.

Job Duties

  • Timekeeping Support: Conduct business analysis for new requirements and issues, develop functional specifications, design solutions, configure the system, and perform testing, cutover, and hyper care support
  • Integration Support: Provide functional expertise for WFM integrations, linking UKG Pro WFM with Workday and the client’s systems. Perform in-depth testing, debugging, and resolution of integration-related issues. Maintain and update CRTs for integrations
  • Testing & Validation: Support end-to-end testing, including payroll parallel testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Document test scripts and results
  • Report development: Create, modify, and maintain standard and advanced reports using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead discussions and provide support to WFM, payroll, nursing administration, and IT teams, gathering requirements and presenting solutions.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Train new staff on UKG Pro WFM modules, develop debugging and how-to guides for system support
  • Production Support: Provide hands-on support for the project team during cutover and go-live, ensuring a seamless transition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline required.
  • At least five (5) years of UKG Pro WFM and five (5) years of Kronos WFC experience required.
  • At least five (5) years within a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM implementations and WFC (Required proficiency)
  • Hands-on expertise in timekeeping modules, including Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation (Required proficiency)
  • Hands-on expertise in CRTs, integrations (demographic and payroll specifically), and all testing cycles
  • Critical thinking problem-solving skills (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills (Required proficiency)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Required proficiency)
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills (Required proficiency)
