Job summary

PwC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Senior Associate to advise clients on optimizing workforce management and related business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement UKG solutions, and train teams to maximize adoption.

As a Senior Associate, you will build strong client relationships, guide project delivery, configure systems to client specs, and support ongoing improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience are required; MBA preferred.

As a UKG Pro WFM Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
