Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a technical integrator in Chicago to monitor and manage 15-17 daily integrations, review overnight results, and publish status reports. You will coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce teams to resolve errors and support a Workday transition and stabilization plan.

The role requires hands-on experience with UKG platforms, Boomi, and API integrations, along with strong troubleshooting and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions and Boomi/Dell Boomi.
• Proven ability to manage Workforce Management integrations and HCM → Payroll flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills; ability to self-start with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 15-17 daily integrations and review overnight results.
• Provide morning and end-of-day status reports.
• Investigate and facilitate error resolution across HR, Payroll, and Workforce teams.
• Support Workday transition and stabilization efforts.
