Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PeopleSoft HCM and UKG/Kronos Time & Attendance applications
• Manage projects from small to large scope
• Gather and document business requirements for HRMS initiatives
• Develop detailed QA test plans and conduct extensive testing
• Track and resolve system production issues
• File cases with vendors to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related field (or 2+ years equivalent experience)
• 3+ years' experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll for North America
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query, SQL+ or TOAD
• Project management skills and functional business specifications development
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities
