Job description

Senior Infor Payroll & WFM Consultant – Remote (US)

Are you an experienced Infor Payroll & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant who thrives in dynamic project environments and enjoys working independently? We’re working with a rapidly growing consultancy in the healthcare and technology transformation space that is seeking a senior-level consultant to join their expanding team.

This role is fully remote (with up to 35% travel across the US) and offers an opportunity to be part of an employee-focused business with long-term career growth and a proven track record of consultant retention.

The Role

As a Senior Infor Payroll & WFM Consultant, you’ll work either independently or as part of a project team, helping clients transform their Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling processes through cloud implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and assessments. You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on expert, guiding clients through the project lifecycle and ensuring successful adoption of Infor solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading clients through discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.

  • Configuring Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling applications in line with regulations and client needs.

  • Supporting data migration, validation, and testing activities.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues post-go-live.

  • Delivering tailored training to ensure effective system adoption.

  • Advising on best practices and supporting change management initiatives.

  • Contributing to internal knowledge-sharing, methodologies, and mentoring peers.

What We’re Looking For

This role suits someone who is self-driven, collaborative, and operates with an independent consultant mindset. You’ll be expected to juggle multiple projects while delivering high-quality results, much like running your own business within a supportive, people-focused environment.

Required skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with Infor Workforce Management, HR Payroll, or comparable WFM/Payroll software.

  • Strong background in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management.

  • Full or partial suite implementation and/or migration project experience.

  • North American Payroll functional knowledge.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.

  • Infor certification (especially in Timekeeping or Scheduling).

  • 5+ years prior consulting experience.

  • Data analysis and reporting expertise.

Why Join?
  • Fully remote role with flexible working environment.

  • Long-term retention focus – average consultant tenure is 5-6 years.

  • Employee-focused culture with opportunities for growth and development.
