Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UKG Pro Time & Attendance Specialist to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of our global timekeeping system. The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert (SME) for UKG Pro Timekeeping, responsible for system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state labor laws, directly impacting payroll accuracy and the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Maintenance:

  • Configure and maintain the UKG Pro Timekeeping module, including pay policies, work rules, accruals, and schedules.
  • Build and manage complex calculation rules for overtime, premiums, and unique pay scenarios.
  • Set up and maintain time clocks (physical and virtual) and manage device integration.
  • Perform mass data updates and imports related to timekeeping data.

Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2/3 support for timekeeping inquiries from employees, managers, and HR.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to time calculations, missing punches, approvals, and system errors.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Payroll teams to diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop, generate, and analyze standard and custom reports from UKG Pro to support HR, Payroll, and Operations.
  • Create audits and dashboards to monitor timekeeping compliance, absenteeism, and overtime trends.
  • Provide data and insights to support business decisions and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on configuration and administration experience with UKG Pro Time & Attendance module is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of UKG Pro Timekeeping structure: pay policies, work rules, accruals, and calculations.
    • Proficiency in UKG Pro reporting tools (People Cloud, Business Intelligence).
    • Strong understanding of integration points between Timekeeping, HR, and Payroll.
