Job description

UKG Consultant Seattle - WA - Washington

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced UKG Consultant with expertise in UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred). The role involves building integrations, supporting migration projects, and delivering high-quality solutions for large-scale implementations.

Location: Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:
  1. Build integrations on Dell Boomi.
  2. Collaborate with the team to plan migration from WFC to WFD.
  3. Support all priority scenarios during project execution.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience designing and implementing UKG Pro WFM integrations, including Dimensions implementation, rollout, and support for large customers (over 100K users, multiple countries, 1000+ stores).
  • Development and troubleshooting experience with Dell Boomi platform integrations via APIs.
  • Good understanding of WFD components such as Business Structure, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device and Mobile Configuration.
  • Experience with UKG Pro modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, Activities.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and handling incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Understanding of how applications support business processes and ability to design solutions meeting business requirements.
  • Ability to develop system documentation.
Additional Qualifications:
  • UKG Pro Integration or WFM certifications (highly preferred).
  • Experience upgrading Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces, with SQL knowledge.
  • Self-starter with adaptability to functional and technical requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a learner attitude and minimal supervision.
