Job summary

GA Drilling is seeking an Office Manager for our UK Product Center in Gloucester. This part-time, site-based role covers office administration, facilities, and health & safety support, reporting to the UK Product Center Manager.

You will be the main day-to-day contact for site needs, coordinating with colleagues in Slovakia and across the US and Brazil, helping engineers focus on new drilling technologies while keeping the site well-run.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management, administration, or facilities coordination.
• Ability to work independently on a small site.
• Budgeting and purchasing awareness.
• Good communication with cross-border teams (Slovakia, US, Brazil).
• Willingness to learn UK workplace health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Office & facilities management: keep office/workshop premises running, order equipment, supplies.
• Oversee contracted services, landlord relations and building management.
• Manage office keys/access and basic security arrangements.
• Act as local point of contact for health & safety on site.
• Admin tasks: post, deliveries, supplier invoices, simple record-keeping; liaise with Slovak HR.
• Support site events and cross-border coordination, including with Slovakia and Finance.
