Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a UiPath RPA Developer / Technical Lead to drive automation initiatives in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX. You will lead design, development, and deployment of automated processes, mentor team members, and ensure best practices across projects.

The role requires deep UiPath hands-on experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage end-to-end RPA delivery across global teams. The position offers a challenging environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of programming and RPA experience.
• 6-8+ years hands-on RPA experience.
• Minimum 6 years designing, developing, and deploying multiple RPA automations.
• Strong hands-on UiPath experience.
• Experience guiding and mentoring RPA developers.
• Experience leading RPA development and delivery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA automations using UiPath.
• Develop new automation solutions and enhance existing automations.
• Collaborate with business users, process owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
• Independently manage RPA development projects or serve as the sole RPA developer when required.
• Review code and recommend technical improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to RPA developers.
• Develop and document RPA configuration and development best practices.
• Build workflows that are efficient, structured, maintainable, reusable, and easy to understand.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Define RPA value propositions and recommend automation strategies.
• Re-engineer processes to improve automation potential.
• Conduct RPA high-level assessments.
• Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT activities.
• Support operational teams during UAT and production rollout.
• Monitor automation performance and KPIs.
