Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking a UiPath RPA Developer for a hybrid role with in-office presence in Alpharetta/Oakland/Rancho Cardova. The candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

The role involves building reusable components, developing attended/unattended/hybrid bots, and ensuring ongoing bot health and performance through monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications

• UiPath-based automation development experience.
• Ability to design reusable automation components.
• Experience with attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
• Familiarity with deployment and monitoring of RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Build reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Develop attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
• Enhance and maintain existing RPA solutions.
• Perform code reviews and implement best practices.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
• Estimate development effort and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Deploy automation solutions using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Monitor production bots and resolve incidents.
• Troubleshoot workflow failures and optimize performance.
• Integrate UiPath with ERP, CRM, web, desktop, and database applications.
• Work with APIs, OCR technologies, and automation tools.
• Provide production support and bot health monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Create operational manuals and support documents.
• Ensure governance standards are followed.
