QualityAI seeks an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automation across the organization. You will act as technical lead, mentor peers, and partner with business teams to uncover high-impact opportunities on the UiPath platform.

The role requires 5+ years in RPA with UiPath expertise, strong REFramework know-how, and solid VB.NET/C#. You will work from the United States in a full-time capacity, driving automation initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RPA/automation development experience including UiPath.
• Strong experience with REFramework and custom framework design.
• Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C#.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Hands-on with UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, schedules).
• Experience with API integrations and document processing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation workflows.
• Lead the RPA lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.
• Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Architect robust UiPath frameworks using REFramework.
• Integrate automations with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and APIs.
• Monitor bots via UiPath Orchestrator and ensure SLAs.
• Review code, uphold standards, mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities.

We are looking for an UiPath RPA Developer to join our growing team in United States!

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation and agentic AI solutions that drive operational efficiency across the organization. You will serve as a technical lead, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact automation opportunities across the full UiPath platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using the full UiPath platform stack.
• Lead the complete RPA/automation lifecycle — from process discovery and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
• Architect robust frameworks using REFramework and custom accelerators.
• Integrate UiPath automations with APIs, databases, ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow), and third-party applications.
• Monitor and maintain bots in UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring reliability and performance SLAs.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with process owners, business analysts, and IT teams to identify new automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including PDD, SDD, and runbooks.
• Stay current with the latest UiPath platform releases and evaluate emerging capabilities for adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of RPA/automation development experience, with 3+ years specifically in UiPath.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with REFramework and custom framework design.
• Solid programming skills in VB.NET and/or C#.
• Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines (Automation Ops).
• Working knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
• Hands-on experience with Orchestrator administration (queues, assets, schedules, tenants).
• Experience with Document Understanding / IXP for intelligent document processing.
• Familiarity with Integration Service connectors and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience Level:Mid-level (5-8 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Maestro for agentic AI orchestration.
• Experience building and managing AI Agents and Healing Agents.
• Familiarity with AI Center for custom ML model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Process Mining and Task Mining for discovery.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) in the context of Automation Suite deployments.
• Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, insurance).
• Process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
