Job summary

Leon Recruitment seeks a technically capable Business Analyst with UiPath and RPA experience for ownership of automation projects from discovery through rollout. You will map processes, translate business needs into clear requirements, and work with developers through testing and production support.

This role requires commuting to the Miami office and performing onsite work during onboarding, with a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 annually for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, RPA Analyst, or Process Automation Analyst.
• At least two years of meaningful experience supporting UiPath or UiPath-based automation initiatives.
• Ability to explain an automation workflow in detail, including business rules, exceptions, testing approach, production risks, and measurable results.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and converting them into developer-ready documentation.
• Strong process-mapping experience using Visio, Miro, or a comparable platform.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process design documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and operating procedures.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, defect management, root-cause analysis, and production rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple automation initiatives from discovery through rollout and post-production support.
• Translate business problems into specific, feasible requirements for developers.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, process mappings, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Develop clear UiPath and GitHub procedures and documentation standards.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and manage project priorities.
• Coordinate testing across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support production rollout and monitor initial performance.
