TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a UI/Visual Design Lead to elevate visual quality across mobile apps, web apps, and device interfaces.

You will define visual language, standards, and a scalable design system across product lines (Tapo, Deco, Omada) while collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams. The role requires 8+ years of UI/visual design experience, a strong portfolio, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

8+ years of UI/visual design experience.
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design across mobile and web.
Expertise in typography, color, layout, and visual systems.
Strong understanding of interaction design and micro-interactions.
Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree, required.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the visual design language across mobile apps and web applications.
Establish UI, visual design standards, interaction patterns, and component guidelines.
Lead the creation and expansion of a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns).
Ensure high-quality visual execution across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with UX designers to refine interaction behaviors and micro-interactions.
Review and guide UI work across teams to maintain consistency and quality.
Work closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
Balance brand expression with usability and performance.
Drive improvements in visual polish, responsiveness, and interaction detail.
Contribute to design reviews and elevate overall design craftsmanship.
