TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a UI/Visual Design Lead to elevate visual quality across mobile apps, web apps, and device interfaces.

You will define visual language, standards, and a scalable design system across product lines (Tapo, Deco, Omada) while collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams. The role requires 8+ years of UI/visual design experience, a strong portfolio, and a Bachelor's degree.

About the role

We are looking for a UI / Visual Design Lead to elevate the visual quality and interaction consistency across TP-Link's digital product ecosystem, including mobile apps, web apps, and device interfaces. This role will define and drive visual language, interaction patterns, and UI standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience at scale. You will work across multiple product lines (Tapo, Deco, Omada) and collaborate closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to bring clarity, consistency, and craft to every interface.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer technology, smart home, or IoT ecosystems
• Experience working across app + web + platform ecosystems
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design
• Experience working with global and distributed teams
• Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, component-based development)
• Experience aligning UI design with brand systems

Salary Range: $140K-$210K
