Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a UI/UX & Visual Designer (Mid-Level) based in Germany to shape high-performing digital experiences across content-heavy websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused products.

You will combine strong UI/UX expertise with visual design, create reusable components in Figma, collaborate with product, CRO, SEO, and marketing teams, and contribute to design systems while embracing AI tools to accelerate design workflows.

Qualifications

• Mid-level UI/UX, visual, digital, or product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma with Auto Layout, variants, reusable components, and prototyping.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of mobile-first design, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces and visual assets.
• Experience maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and ownership of multiple projects.
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first, responsive experiences for content-heavy sites and landing pages.
• Translate briefs and conversion hypotheses into engaging, performance-oriented designs.
• Prioritize usability and visual hierarchy for small screens and scale to larger breakpoints.
• Create reusable Figma components and design-system elements for consistency.
• Prepare polished designs, prototypes, and specs for handoffs to development.
• Create logos, infographics, banners, icons, and other digital visuals.
• Conduct design research and compare approaches to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product, developers, CRO, SEO, and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
• Review work to maintain high standards of quality, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and production while maintaining originality.
