• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and solution design discussions.
• Develop and maintain Design System and reusable UI components.
• Ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams.
• Work with backend developers to integrate front-end components.
• Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and security standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
