Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking a UI/UX Developer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across multiple applications. You will translate user research into wireframes, prototypes, and front-end components using React and Next.js.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, apply WCAG standards, and contribute to design systems. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Demonstrated experience with UI/UX design and user research.
• Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong front-end development experience with React/Next.js/JS/TS/HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, workflows, and pain points.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and functional interfaces.
• Develop front-end components using React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate workflows and user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement solutions.
