Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC in Chantilly, VA, seeks a UI/UX Developer to shape the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You will conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions that address real user problems. A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; government sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

User research and wireframing experience across multiple projects.
Proficient with front-end technologies and accessibility standards.
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
