We are seeking one Front-End Software Engineer (ReactJS) for a full-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with federal clients to design, develop, and deploy innovative web applications and AI-integrated user interfaces that address immediate mission challenges. You will be a key contributor on a cross-functional team of data scientists, backend developers, and subject matter experts, applying modern web development best practices to build intuitive, responsive, and robust applications.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner and rapid developer with a strong foundation in modern web architecture and demonstrable experience building production-ready frontend applications from concept to deployment. You should possess strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript/TypeScript, coupled with a deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems including Vite, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn, as well as a working knowledge of Python for seamless backend integration.
A critical competency for this role is the ability to leverage agentic AI development tools (such as Claude Code, Antigravity, Kiro, etc.) to accelerate coding workflows, debug complex issues, and streamline the development lifecycle. In tandem, the candidate should have foundational AI knowledge and AWS experience, enabling them to seamlessly connect intelligent backend models to user-friendly frontend experiences that enhance our federal clients’ operational effectiveness.
