Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Engineer/Architect to lead the design and development of intuitive, scalable digital experiences in San Antonio. You will bridge UX strategy with front-end implementation for enterprise applications, shaping user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in UI/UX roles, strong tooling skills (Figma/ XD/ Sketch), and deep knowledge of responsive, accessible web interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, engineering, or architecture.
• Experience with enterprise-level design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX architecture, design strategy, and user experience initiatives for enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams.
• Create responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and user experience.

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Engineer / Architect to lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centric, and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX strategy, UI design expertise, front-end development knowledge, and architectural thinking to deliver modern, accessible, and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX architecture, design strategy, and user experience initiatives across enterprise applications.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and interaction design.
• Experience building and managing enterprise-level design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with responsive design, mobile‑first design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and usability best practices.
• Understanding of REST APIs, front-end architecture, and component‑based development.
• Experience collaborating with Agile/Scrum development teams.
