Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced UI/UX Engineer to lead the design and development of intuitive, scalable digital experiences. The role blends UX strategy, UI design, front-end coding, and architectural thinking to shape enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include creating design systems, translating requirements into flows and prototypes, collaborating with product, design and engineering, and ensuring WCAG-compliant, responsive interfaces for web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design, engineering, or architecture experience.
• Hands-on with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Proficient in UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Experience building enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
• Responsive, mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
• Understanding of REST APIs and front-end architecture.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.

The ideal candidate will combine strong UX strategy, UI design expertise, front-end development knowledge, and architectural thinking to deliver modern, accessible, and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX architecture, design strategy, and user experience initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams.

• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and overall user experience.

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, engineering, or architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and interaction design.
• Experience building and managing enterprise-level design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with responsive design, mobile‑first design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and usability best practices.
• Understanding of REST APIs, front-end architecture, and component‑based development.
• Experience collaborating with Agile/Scrum development teams.
