The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3 years of UI/UX design and development experience, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years) in a related field.
• 3 years of UI/UX design and development experience.
• Experience with web design, usability, accessibility, and user testing.
• Experience programming/coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
• Some experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent graphics programs.
• Proficient technical learner.
• Experience maintaining websites in a content management system.
• Experience with Google Analytics and user experience principles to inform design, development, and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work productively both alone and in a team environment.
