Job summary

Procentrix in Washington, DC is seeking a lead UI/UX designer to own the UX and interface design standards for both public-facing and internal applications. You will collaborate with the product manager to align with client vision and end-user needs, and you will optimize usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across interfaces.

You will participate as an integrated member of Agile development teams using Microsoft Cloud technologies (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure).

Qualifications

• BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, design thinking, workflow design, and accessibility standards.
• Working knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Working knowledge of user research methodologies and tools including user interviews, A/B testing, Usertesting.com, and Miro.
• Ability to conduct user research and extract, then document meaningful user insights.
• Portfolio of professional UI/UX work for web and mobile platforms.
• End-to-end product design.
• Experience producing design artifacts and deliverables such as site maps, user journeys, user personas, wireframes, and high-fidelity clickable prototypes.
• Knowledge of current front-end standards: HTML and CSS.
• Ability to understand and communicate design to the project team.
• Capability to develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Experience applying Agile Development Methodology.

Compensation

• Projected range: $120,000 - $145,000 annualized (USD)
