Job description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive design assets using industry-standard design tools.
  • Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Design UI components such as dashboards, forms, navigation menus, buttons, modals, and widgets.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user journeys.
  • Optimize layouts, navigation, and workflows to improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, typography, colors, and branding elements.
  • Convert design concepts into functional front-end code while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Improve application performance by optimizing UI rendering and front-end assets.
  • Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and implement design improvements based on testing and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with responsive design and accessibility standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user journeys.
  • Knowledge of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of API integration and dynamic UI rendering.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Pay: £40,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
