Job summary

Interactive Brokers in Greenwich, CT invites a UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team for a hands-on, 9-week onsite program. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, and translate insights into visual solutions for our client-facing trading apps.

You will work with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive experiences across mobile, desktop, and web platforms, gaining exposure to FinTech design and high-performance data tools while under mentorship.

Qualifications

• 9-week commitment required.
• Currently pursuing BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2027 (preferred).
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-start and time management.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Adaptability and learning agility.

Responsibilities
