The Engineering Applications Department (EAD) is seeking a UI/UX Designer & Developer to create world‑class user experience for complex space systems. We develop cutting‑edge visualization tools from sophisticated web and desktop applications to immersive experiences, that transform complex engineering data into intuitive interfaces for critical decision‑making in civil, commercial, and national security space programs.
ISCD staff leverage cutting‑edge information system technologies, including elastic compute clouds, containerization, microservices, real‑time operating systems, and advanced visualization frameworks, combined with expertise in software architecture, AI, and cybersecurity to deliver high‑performance systems to our Intelligence Community, DoD, and civilian customers.
You will work closely with product experience designers and other engineers to translate customer needs into innovative design solutions.
This is a full‑time position based in Chantilly, VA, which requires 100% onsite work.
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade‑based pay range for this job is $86,600.00 - $129,800.00 on an annual pay basis.
