About The Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our CX Practice at Cognizant. This is a fully remote role focused on helping shape the future of digital experience through innovative design strategy, storytelling, and emerging technologies. As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you will define and execute transformational design concepts that accelerate business outcomes for our clients. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about crafting experience-driven narratives that blend creativity, technology, and purpose.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with design, technology, and strategy leads to shape future digital experiences
• Develop strategic, high-impact visual storytelling and pitch narratives for clients
• Prototype creative solutions using non-traditional, experimental methods
• Establish and evolve studio identity through branding, visuals, and design systems
• Help clients visualize the future of digital transformation through innovative design approaches
• Work across mediums, including static design, motion graphics, and emerging 3D technologies
• Apply a tool-agnostic mindset to tackle near-future design challenges
• Contribute to internal and external evangelism of the studio’s design philosophy
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative agencies or similar environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Proficiency in various design platforms for static and motion graphics
• Prior experience working in interdisciplinary teams
• Bonus: Experience with 3D environments (Unity, Unreal)
• Strong interest in storytelling, prototyping, and pushing design boundaries
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into elegant, creative solutions
• A passion for emerging technologies and next-generation experience design
