Job summary

Uvation, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a UIUX Designer to define requirements, visualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll shape the visual aspects of websites and campaigns to increase the user base.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Jira. You will collaborate with designers and marketers and work closely with developers to ensure design integrity.

Qualifications

Job Title: UIUX Designer

Job Description: The UIUX Designer is responsible the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design and collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related field.

Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe in Design, Jira is a must.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
