Job summary

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a full-time, short-term engagement in the USA.

The initial contract is 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension on a project for a comprehensive tax filing software. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in UX/UI or related field, 2–5 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, typography, color theory and layout.

• Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into UI designs.

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma).

• Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design concepts, and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and user testing.
• Communicate design ideas, rationale, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, using visual aids, prototypes, and presentations to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
• Collaborate with development, product management, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
