Based in Southern California, our client manages close to $2 trillion in assets and is looking for a new partner to participate in a full-scale upgrade of their technology. We are looking for talented and ambitious people to work on the first engagement in the client's offices near Los Angeles, California.
This position is to provide design for Investment Group Technology applications.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering (process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, visual design).
Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Mandatory Skills Description
7+ years of relevant experience.
Obsessed with good user-centred design practices and are detail-oriented.
Must have a strong UI/UX design portfolio.
Solid experience in creating process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models and visual design.
Active user research – asking questions to understand the essence of the business needs, vs simply following the inputs
Demonstrate the ability to be innovative and not constrained by the boundaries of the existing design system
