• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and user psychology.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience designing for gamified or educational platforms is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
