We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join an innovation-focused team working on cutting-edge trading platforms and emerging technologies. This team currently manages multiple projects across AI models, behavioral economics, UX, and user testing, requiring a designer who can balance desirability, feasibility, and viability while managing multiple workstreams.

This position will focus heavily on advanced trading platforms, including day trading and options trading products, helping create new proprietary features for web-based platforms used by a wide audience.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for both mobile and desktop platforms
• Support the development team to bring designs to production with a clear understanding of front-end implementation
• Incorporate user feedback, usability testing, and competitive research to inform design decisions
• Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
• Help define project requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
• Actively communicate design decisions and help align stakeholders to a shared product vision
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure design consistency and quality across workstreams

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong interface and interaction design work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
• Strong collaboration skills; able to work independently or as part of a hybrid team
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling through design
• Bonus: Familiarity or experience with financial services, trading platforms, or technical day trading
• Bonus: Interest in AI models, behavioral economics, or emerging technologies
