Job summary

Restream is seeking a Design Engineer to craft the UI/UX of our product and build new visual features that are both beautiful and intuitive. You’ll design from idea to implementation, and work with product, marketing, and support to shape the user experience.

You should have a strong portfolio, deep UX knowledge, and proficiency with Figma, React, TypeScript, MobX, and AWS. Collaboration and a passion for Restream are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of previous design projects.
• Deep understanding of UX design process and strategy.
• Proficient with Figma or other design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React, and a major state management system.
• Comfortable with Figma, React, TypeScript, MobX, AWS, and CI/CD workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI/UX and business logic for new features.
• Craft details of new features from idea to design to implementation.
• Build and iterate on features to boost engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support to shape features.
• Give and receive code review feedback with the team.
• Stay updated on technologies and spot opportunities.
