Résumé du poste

Blacksmith Agency builds websites and marketing programs for clients across the US. As UI Systems Designer at Blacksmith, you own how our client design systems get built—extracting patterns from brands and reference sites into a working tokenized system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components our build pipeline can execute.

This is a senior, systems-first seat. Not one-off pages or maintenance, you stand up new systems fast and get them right the first time, across several client brands

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants; architecture beyond tidy files.
• A portfolio showing different client work with consistent underlying rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilités

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming our pipeline can read predictably.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site, not just a homepage.
• Document the system so a developer or an automated pipeline can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands at once, each looking distinctly different, with the same structural rigor.
