Job summary

BTI360 is seeking a UI React Engineer to modernize a mission-critical system used to support complex manual workflows. You will build intuitive, performant interfaces that surface insights from diverse data sources and integrate with RESTful APIs.

Ideal candidates bring React/TypeScript expertise, strong JS/CSS/HTML skills, and experience delivering production applications in Lean Agile teams. Onsite collaboration is required within a two-hour drive of Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph at time of application.
• Experience with source control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins (preferred), AWS CodeBuild, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and OOP based software in a containerized cloud environment (AWS preferred) leveraging foundational services for computing, identity management, and networking.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teammates and stakeholders in a Lean Agile environment to build mission-critical production applications focused on data discovery and analysis
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage modern build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and delivery speed
• Design and build modern, performant, responsive user interfaces using React and related technologies
• Collaborate with UI and backend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences that integrate with RESTful APIs
