NTT DATA in Rockville, MD seeks a React Front End Developer to design and build responsive, accessible UI components that integrate with .NET backend services. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product owners to deliver high-performance front ends for large-scale federal systems using React, TypeScript, HTML5 and modern front end pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing front end applications using React and TypeScript.
• 6+ years of experience with UI performance, component design, and front end architectural patterns.
• 6+ years of experience integrating with REST APIs and backend .NET services.
• 6+ years of experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile team environments.
• 2+ years of experience using GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI engineering tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive, reusable, modular UI components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Implement responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization patterns.
• Develop enterprise UI component libraries and enforce front end code standards.
• Integrate user interfaces with backend REST APIs using JSON and XML.
• Conduct UI performance tuning and troubleshoot cross browser/front end issues.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, and product owners.
• Drive quality assurance through code reviews, design reviews, and testing best practices.
• Use GitHub Copilot / OpenAI Codex for faster, higher quality development and documentation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployments in Azure/AWS environments.
