Job summary

You will collaborate with the Kroger Product Manager to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in design discussions, and ensure code quality through reviews and automated tests. Mentorship and process improvement are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support software engineering activities to deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required to deliver critical business solutions.
• Develop target-state guidance to evolve the organization’s development process.
• Collaborate with Kroger Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in design and reviews; ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Write code and automated acceptance tests, and follow branching strategies.
• Mentor team members and participate in continual process improvements.
