We value a strong portfolio and the ability to own the design process end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence our visual direction while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of full-time design experience.
• Strong portfolio, deck, or sample work showcasing your passion and foundations in design.
• Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation.
• Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive and influence our visual direction.
• Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the fundamentals of UI, interaction and visual design.
• Expertise with or strong knowledge of design systems and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces across iOS, Android, and Web, owning layout, typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Create interface graphics, icons, illustrations, and digital assets that bring the product to life.
• Produce promotional graphics, marketing banners, advertisements, social media assets, and branded materials.
• Maintain and expand our design system and UI component library, prepping production-ready assets for engineering.
• Participate in design critiques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on visual design initiatives.
• Develop visual concepts that improve usability while keeping the brand consistent.
