Sleeper is seeking a design-minded professional to craft experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, and mentor from senior designers while owning end-to-end design execution, creating pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes for engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio, deck, or sample work showing design foundations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with solid UX, interaction, and visual design fundamentals.
• Open to learning and growing design skills over time.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet.
• Collaborate with other designers in ideation sessions and receive mentorship from seniors.
• Own all aspects of design execution and deliver high-fidelity mocks and prototypes for engineers.
• Create design solutions using design systems and contribute to system development.
• Be part of a small team pushing the boundaries of innovation.
