Job summary

WIN Home Inspection is seeking a talented UI Designer to craft modern, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, collaborating with Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering to transform concepts into polished designs.

You will explore AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping, build reusable components and design systems, maintain visual quality across devices, and stay ahead of emerging UI trends while delivering high-impact user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI work across web and/or mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for design inspiration, visual exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually compelling, and high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Translate UX wireframes, user flows, product requirements, and concepts into polished UI designs and interactive prototypes.
• Create UI mockups, layouts, components, visual concepts, and prototypes that clearly communicate the intended product experience.
• Use AI-powered tools to generate design references, explore multiple creative directions, rapidly prototype ideas, and accelerate design iterations.
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to take ideas from concept to production.
• Build and evolve reusable components, design systems, visual guidelines, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.
• Apply strong visual design principles across typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, imagery, and interaction states.
• Iterate rapidly based on product feedback, user insights, data, and technical considerations.
• Stay curious about emerging UI trends, AI tools, design technologies, and interaction patterns, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality and consistency across different screen sizes, devices, and digital experiences.

ABOUT THE UI DESIGNER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a talented UI Designers to create modern, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences across our web and mobile products. You will work closely with Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering teams to transform concepts, user flows, and product requirements into polished, functional interfaces.

We are looking for someone who combines strong visual design fundamentals with curiosity and speed. You should enjoy experimenting with new ideas, embracing emerging design technologies, and using AI-powered tools to explore design directions, generate references, rapidly prototype concepts, and iterate faster. As we continue to build AI-enabled products and experiences, you will play an important role in defining how those experiences look, feel, and come to life for our users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI work across web and/or mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for design inspiration, visual exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit, v0.dev, Magic Patterns, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly , or similar AI-assisted design and prototyping platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
• Curious and experimental mindset with a passion for embracing new tools, technologies, and faster ways of designing.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, receive feedback, and iterate without compromising design quality.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with UX, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, high integrity, and positive attitude.
