Role Overview

The UI Design Lead will support voicebots and chatbots, acting as a consultant on user interface projects, providing technical guidance on speech recognition, conversational technology, and AI in contact centers.

What should you have?

Design Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with LLMs, conversational design, directed dialogue, DTMF, chat, and voice platforms.
• Knowledge of SSML tags, flow chart tools, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Ability to apply Design standards and processes.
• Deep understanding of client business rules and logic representation in design artifacts.
• Research skills to stay updated on market and design trends.
• Understanding of post-deployment analytics and designing with metrics in mind.
• Awareness of ethical, accessibility, legal, and compliance considerations in design.
• Basic scripting knowledge, e.g., Python.

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using prompt engineering, LLMs, NLU, directed dialogue, DTMF, and chat.
• Analyze business needs and processes with internal customers.
• Build relationships with project managers, developers, and product managers.
• Assist in usability testing and user performance analysis.
• Stay informed about contact center metrics and technologies.
