We're looking for an engineer to help us shape the future direction of Safari and web browsing on our platforms. Together, we’ll build on the industry‑leading WebKit engine and Apple's frameworks to deliver a fluid browsing experience and powerful, easy‑to‑use features. Your vision and impact will extend beyond Safari, as you help move Apple's iOS platform forward.
In this role, you will craft new and innovative Safari features and elevate existing ones. You’ll participate in brainstorming, prototyping, coding, debugging, shipping, and addressing customer feedback. Collaboration with the WebKit team, iOS platform teams, and Apple’s Human Interface group is essential. We seek an imaginative, highly motivated engineer who cares deeply for craft and quality.
Base pay for this role ranges from $150,400 to $277,600, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees may also participate in discretionary employee stock programs, purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission payments, or relocation assistance.
