Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Wealth Strategist to grow client relationships among ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the Denver area. You will lead strategy, coordinate with specialists, and convert prospects into long-term clients, ensuring seamless transition to servicing teams as relationships expand.

You will leverage your 10+ years in wealth management sales, your COI network, and fiduciary knowledge to deliver tailored wealth strategies while collaborating across Northern

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience, preferably with wealth management clients.
• Strong network of COIs for UHNW individuals and families (attorneys, estate planners, CPAs).
• Knowledge of fiduciary capabilities and estate planning services, including trusts and tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for UHNW client base.
• Cultivate investment management relationships with UHNW individuals and families.
• Advise on estate planning benefits and coordinate with internal teams.
• Expand internal and external networks to showcase Northern Trust capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to meet client needs.
• Engage with communities and professional advisors as a local ambassador.
