Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Chicago is seeking a senior wealth planning advisor to deliver specialized planning for HNW/UHNW clients, partnering with Private Bankers, Investment Counsellors, and Advisors to offer comprehensive wealth guidance.

You will develop detailed financial plans spanning financial, tax, estate, philanthropic, will, and trust areas, and you will contribute to client relationship growth and improved client profitability through expert collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience tailoring plans for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong collaboration with private bankers and advisors.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into comprehensive plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized wealth planning for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Lead goals-based discovery with clients and ensure data capture and plan creation standards.
• Develop detailed and complex financial plans addressing financial, tax, succession, philanthropic, will, estate and trust planning.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other planning professionals to grow assets and deepen client relationships.
• Develop training content and internal resources for specialized planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk guidelines.
